Hi, I'm Jessica!
- I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor based in Costa Mesa, California, with a Master’s in Educational Counseling and over a decade of experience supporting children and families in school settings. I specialize in trauma-informed care and work extensively with neurodivergent individuals, specifically those with ADHD and Autism.
- My approach blends EMDR therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) with mindfulness and nervous system regulation to create a calm, supportive space for healing. As a 500-hour experienced yoga instructor, I bring a holistic, compassionate lens to everything I do. I tailor your therapeutic plan based on your needs.
